I have found that my body loves juices! Especially green juices. I have tried smoothies and they are great occasionally, but for every day- it’s juices for me!! While attending classes at The Living Light Culinary Institute we were told about an idea to decrease your food prep time. I’ve been doing it for two weeks now and it’s great! Here’s what you do- bring home all the produce and wash it immediately. Then lay it out like an assembly line and precut the veggies, like cucumbers and carrots. Step 2, bag a days worth of juicing veggies in GREEN BAGS sold either on-line or in your health store.
When you’re ready to juice, you simply pull out the bag and your ready to go. It takes me less then 5 minutes from the time I put the juicer on the counter and grab the bag from the fridge!!!
