Gluten Free Crust in Elko, Nevada

Yesterday I was visiting friends in Elko, Nevada and I was so surprised when we stopped into a pizza parlor and found this wonderful surprise on their menu!!!  The Blind Onion is a small little business with super friendly employees.  The crust is actually thin like a cracker, and so tasty.  I loaded it with lots of veggies and black olives, no cheese needed.  I would recommend you ask for extra red sauce as that made all the difference.  It’s so nice to see businesses connecting into the needs of their consumers!
