After people attend my workshops or hear me speak about the benefits of eating a whole-food, plant-based diet, many will ask me “How do I get started?” If you lead a busy life filled with tons of demands on your time, it can be difficult to know where to begin. The way I approach health coaching is to help you define your health strategy and then personalize the things you can do to impact your health NOW!
If you were beginning a new job, you would look for a mentor to help you master your new position. Creating abundant health also requires a coach or mentor to be sure your focus is getting you the results you desire!
I enjoy taking you beyond the idea of just “eating well” to embracing a lifestyle which sustains a vibrant you! I have had health challenges in my life. My body began rejecting dairy and wheat and left me feeling lethargic, bloated and miserable. I was also frustrated with my bodies unwillingness to change even though I was dedicated to a full fitness regimen. By eliminating all foods with wheat and dairy I began to feel better. I did not regain optimal health until I fully understood how a plant-based and living-food diet contributed to an incredible lifestyle!!! It’s taken me several years of trial and error, classes, seminars and personal coaching to manifest my own healthy path.
