Let’s have time together to set you on the right path. This personal 90-minute session can encompass many different things. I have shopped with people to help them understand how to transition to a whole, plant-based diet. We could meet in your kitchen and create RAW recipes together. Other options may be to refocus your personal strategies to increase your results, define a plan to cope with a specific health challenge, or review your current meal plans to increase your level of whole food.

I personalize a cleansing/detox program which fits your lifestyle and will set you on the right path for internal healing and weight release. You’ll be given recipes, meal plans and guidance to ensure a successful cleanse and a healthy transition back to normal eating.

Joline shares tasty recipes and assists you in understanding the preparation techniques used to create the desired outcome.
