RAW Soups & Crackers Class


The weather changes and the first thing I think about is comfort food. There’s nothing more comforting then soup! RAW foodists have a few tricks to make RAW soup completely satisfying – and here’s the trick – you warm it above your body temperature and it will still hold all of it’s nutrients and make you feel very comforted!
The class I’m teaching this month will give you all kinds of tricks and ideas for soup and crackers. The recipes are wonderful. They include Italian Minestrone, Corn Chowder, Garlic Herb Croutons and Sesame Crackers. The class runs at a quick pace with lots of tasting opportunities. You’ll leave with all of the recipes and lots of confidence to make them for your own family.
