1 cup sunflower seeds- raw
2 TBSP sesame seeds, raw if you do not have- feel free to use tahini
3 TBSP flax oil or olive oil
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1 TBSP light miso
1 TBSP Braggs or soy sauce(low sodium)
1 stalk celery, diced
Blend all in a food processor until you achieve the desired constancy.
I slice up cucumber, red pepper and cilantro to add to the sandwich!!
